3GCC was born from rebuilding.  From starting over when life hit harder than any lift ever could.  Founded by a U.S. Army veteran, a proud father, and a lifelong lifter who's been through combat, struggle, and trauma.  This brand wasn't built on fantasy.  It's a foundation of second chances and will power.  A framework of forgiveness and support of loved ones who never failed me, even when I failed them.

The gym was therapy way before therapy was a cool thing to be doing.  The barbell wasn't judging, lying, and never gave a rep out for free.  You earned those reps.  Medicating the pain that made scars that now are just stories.  Out of all this, 3GCC was planned.  A brand that signifies a fight to strive for success even when nobody is watching anymore.

We don't seek approval.  We seek progress.  We DON'T stand behind excuses.  We stand behind our results.  We don't plan for someday.  We execute the plans for today.

3GCC isn't for everyone.  It's for those that were counted out but came back stronger.  It's for those that know redemption isn't a word, it's a workload.
